Recommended PSI would be at least 12
HOW TO USE DOUBLE ACTION PUMP?
1. Connect the hose to the pump and the paddle board; Make sure the pin of the paddle board is bounced in high position (inflate);
2. Pump to at least 4~5 psi, the pump begins to register-->8 psi, gets full shape-->12psi, ready for 1 person use-->15~18psi, perfect for optimal performance.
DEFLATION: press down the pin of the valve to low position.
